Mark K. Bhasin

Mark K. Bhasin, CFA, FRM, FDP, CMT, ERP, PRM, WELL AP, serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Finance at NYU Stern School of Business since November 2017, teaching courses in Real Estate Primary Markets and Real Estate Capital Markets. Bhasin has held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriter for Agency Multifamily Finance at Basis Investment Group, LLC since February 2010. Additional roles include Investor at Delos®, Lecturer at SUNY Stony Brook, and Senior Director of Originations at Palisades Financial. Bhasin has also contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University and has prior experience as a Loan Officer at CWCapital and Associate at GMAC Commercial Mortgage, among other positions in finance. Bhasin's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern, along with experience at The London School of Economics.
