Victoria Okonek

Victoria Okonek, WELL AP, serves as the Vice President of C-Suite Support at Delos™ since October 2016. In this role, Victoria provides comprehensive executive assistance to multiple C-suite executives, facilitates internal communications, manages operational support, and oversees special projects to enhance leadership team efficacy. Additionally, Victoria leads the Workplace Wellness committee, driving initiatives to promote employee health and wellness while managing program budgets and analytics. Previously, Victoria held positions at ALOHA, where responsibilities included founder support and investor communications, and CDW, focusing on vendor relationships and office coordination. Victoria earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Rutgers University.
