Jesper Blomberg

Jesper Blomberg currently holds the position of Deltagare i Miljötillståndsutredningens referensgrupp at Regeringskansliet, Klimat- och näringslivsdepartementet since September 2023, and serves as Specialist Counsel at Advokatfirman Delphi since August 2022. Jesper has extensive academic experience at Lunds universitet since 2004, including roles as Universitetsadjunkt and Gästföreläsare, focusing on offentlig rätt. Additional professional experience includes being Föreläsare at Domstolsakademin and having held various legal positions such as Kammarrättsråd at Kammarrätten i Jönköping and Rådman at Växjö tingsrätt. Jesper has contributed to numerous legal training courses and has participated in significant legal investigations, including Bygglovsutredningen. Jesper holds degrees in Rättssociologi and Jur.kand. from Lund University.
