Delphi Rise
Tandalaya Sims-Cochran, holding an Associate's degree in CASAC from Monroe Community College and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Social Work from Roberts Wesleyan College, is a seasoned professional in the field of substance abuse counseling. Currently serving as a Supervising Drug and Alcohol Counselor for the Monroe County Sheriff since August 2020 and as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor at Delphi Rise since October 2021, Tandalaya brings extensive experience from previous roles, including Lead Counselor at Willow Domestic Violence Center of Greater Rochester and Drug and Alcohol Counselor at Catholic Health System. Additional experience includes managing care at Catholic Charities Community Services and the Catholic Family Center, along with a background as a Financial Counselor at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
