Delphi Rise
Tandalaya Sims-Cochran, holding an Associate's degree in CASAC from Monroe Community College and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Social Work from Roberts Wesleyan College, is a seasoned professional in the field of substance abuse counseling. Currently serving as a Supervising Drug and Alcohol Counselor for the Monroe County Sheriff since August 2020 and as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor at Delphi Rise since October 2021, Tandalaya brings extensive experience from previous roles, including Lead Counselor at Willow Domestic Violence Center of Greater Rochester and Drug and Alcohol Counselor at Catholic Health System. Additional experience includes managing care at Catholic Charities Community Services and the Catholic Family Center, along with a background as a Financial Counselor at the University of Rochester Medical Center.

Our strength is rooted in our core values: Putting people first Pursuing excellence Embracing change Acting with integrity Having fun while we do it HISTORY Delphi Rise (formerly Drug and Alcohol Council, Inc. ) is a community-based behavioral health agency, serving Rochester and the Finger Lakes since 1936, with Outpatient Treatment Program, School-based Prevention Education and Counseling, Monroe County Reentry Services, Mental Health First Aid training provider, Supported Forensic Housing, Domestic Violence Education, Case Management in Rochester JDP Court, and Care Management Services as a NYS Department of Health - Health Homes Care Provider Agency. Delphi is also the lead agency for RecoveryNet's Open Access Clinic, providing on-demand substance abuse evaluations. Delphi is licensed by the NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services.
