AJ Hazard

AJ Hazard has a diverse range of work experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. Starting in 2014, AJ worked at ObserveIT as a Sales Development Representative and later as an Account Executive. In 2016, AJ became an Account Executive at Backupify (now a part of Datto). From 2017 to 2018, AJ worked as a Technology Business Development Manager at SNI Technology. AJ then joined CyberSN in 2018 and held various roles, including Cyber Security Recruiting Lead and Senior Account Manager. In 2020, AJ worked as a Senior Account Manager at PeopleSERVE, Inc. From 2021 to 2022, AJ served as a Senior Staffing Consultant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, specializing in the local Software Engineering and Cyber Security market. Currently, AJ is a Senior Resource Manager at Delphi-US, LLC, responsible for IT talent recruiting and placement.

AJ Hazard attended the Chariho Regional School District and obtained a high school diploma. They also attended the University of Rhode Island where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
