Tad Ericson

Tad Ericson has extensive work experience in financial roles. Tad is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Delphon since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as Principal - CFO Advisory Services at Rufous Capital from July 2021 to October 2021. Tad has also held various positions at Element Solutions Inc, including Chief Financial Officer / VP Finance from January 2016 to June 2021, Financial Director / Managing Director - APAC in 2015, Financial Director - APAC from 2011 to 2015, and Financial Analyst - Corporate Development from 2007 to 2010. Before joining Element Solutions Inc, they worked as an Equity Analyst at Concord Investment Counsel from March 2004 to February 2006. Tad began their career as an Associate - Audit and Assurance at KPMG from January 2003 to March 2004.

Tad Ericson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Colorado State University in 2000. Tad later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, which they completed in 2007. In addition, Tad obtained the certification of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute in October 2003.
