William Delphos

William A. Delphos is the Founder and Managing Director at Delphos International, Ltd. They lead a company that serves over 1,000 clients in more than 75 emerging markets worldwide. Their prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at Overseas Private Investment Corporation (1981–1985) and Managing Director of International Operations at Gould, Inc. (1976–1981). They were President of Delphos International from 1985 to 1996, and have served as Founder and Managing Director since 1999. They earned an MBA from Northwestern University and a B.A. in Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where they are Emeritus Trustee.
