In this role, Richard ensures compliance with safety and network standards through work site audits and observations. Prior to this, Richard held positions such as Distribution Manager at Delta and Branch Manager at NES - Central from March 2017 to October 2018, focusing on design, pricing, project management, leadership, and health and safety. Education was completed at Dunstan High School in 1986.
