Shane Spicer

Shane Spicer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the electrical construction and maintenance industry, currently serving as the Commercial Manager at Delta since October 2012. In this role, Shane acts as a Contract Representative for Delta's Field Services Agreement with Aurora, overseeing project management teams responsible for delivering projects exceeding $1 million on time and within budget. Prior to this position, Shane held various roles including Business Manager for Technical Services, managing a substantial team of technicians and engineers for zone substation maintenance, and Senior Project Manager at Electrix Pty Ltd, where oversight included significant electrical construction projects. Shane's career started at Alstom as an Area Manager, responsible for high voltage services across multiple regions. Shane completed education at Rangiora High School from 1979 to 1984.
