Stephen Gurney

Stephen Gurney has extensive experience in legal and human resources fields, currently serving as Company Secretary/General Counsel at Delta Electricity since September 2005, with executive responsibilities spanning Legal Services, Governance, Compliance, and Industrial Relations. Previously, Gurney held the position of Executive Manager - People & Culture at Delta Electricity, overseeing Human Resources and workplace safety matters. Experience includes representing Delta before various industrial tribunals and negotiating Enterprise Agreements, coupled with significant advocacy work at the Australasian Meat Industry Employees Union.
