Katy Caughman-Peacock

Katy Caughman-Peacock is an experienced program leader and project manager with a diverse background in public relations and team coordination. Currently serving as the Program Leader for IFEC Integrated Strategy at Delta Air Lines since June 2024, Katy supports cross-team reporting and project management for key strategic initiatives. Previously, Katy held roles at Media Frenzy Global, including Senior Project Manager and Senior Account Executive, managing multiple projects and media relations, and developing knowledge of agency project management systems. Earlier career experiences include positions at Brandware Group and The Cirlot Agency, where Katy honed skills in public relations, crisis management, and social media strategy. Katy holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Marketing from Mississippi College.
