Maria Black

Maria Black is the President and CEO of ADP, a prominent global technology company specializing in human capital management solutions. Appointed in 2023, Maria is the seventh CEO of ADP since its inception in 1949. With a long-standing career at ADP since September 1996, Maria has held various leadership roles, including President, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing sales, marketing, and business operations. Maria has also led sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, managed initiatives supporting small business owners, and directed the company's Professional Employer Organization services. In addition to the role at ADP, Maria serves as Managing Director and General Manager for West Central at Delta Air Lines. Maria holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs and Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
