Mike Roach

Mike Roach currently serves as an Analyst in Crew Operations at Delta Air Lines since November 2025. Previous experience includes roles as Project Lead and Project Coordinator at Talon, where project management and technical support for UAS pilots were key responsibilities. Mike co-founded Grizzly Axe Throwing, LLC, which operates an axe throwing trailer. Extensive tenure at LexisNexis Risk Solutions as a Regional Account Manager focused on enhancing customer relationships and developing team research analysis techniques. Military service in the Georgia Army National Guard includes positions as First Lieutenant and Assistant Battalion Operations Officer for the 348th Brigade Support Battalion. Additionally, Mike held leadership roles in the Student Government Association at Georgia State University and gained early professional experience as a Sales Intern and Merchandise Assistant. Educational credentials include a BBA in Managerial Sciences from Georgia State University and ongoing training at the Army Logistics University and Officer Candidate School.
