Rod Eggleston is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service excellence and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Brand Experience - Service Excellence at Delta Air Lines since June 2021, Rod specializes in enhancing customer journeys and promoting brand beliefs across the organization. Prior to this role, Rod held various leadership positions at InterContinental Hotels Group from July 1997 to June 2021, including Head of Construction Services and Director of Multi-Brand Operations, where strategic planning and team management were key focuses. Additionally, Rod is a Licensed Real Estate Professional at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. since February 2020. Rod began a career in the hospitality industry with GF Management and has a foundation in education, having worked as a teacher at West Charlotte High School. Rod holds a BA in History and Education from North Carolina Central University.
