Willy Barnett

Willy Barnett, PhD, serves as a Strategic Advisor for the SkyTeam Future Lab, providing insights on innovation strategy and execution. With extensive experience at Delta Air Lines as General Manager of Innovation Research & Strategy, Willy leads a team focused on enhancing customer and employee experiences through innovation. Previous roles include Doctoral Researcher and Graduate Teaching Fellow at the University of Manchester, along with research and consultancy positions at Adelphi International Research, Georgia Institute of Technology, Galaxy Engineering, and Superior Consultants. Willy holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, an MBA in International Business from Georgia State University, and a PhD in Business and Management from Alliance Manchester Business School.
