Yelena Lebedeva

Yelena Lebedeva has extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement, with a notable role as Manager of Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience at Delta Air Lines from April 2019 to April 2021, where management of a team focused on attracting and retaining top tech talent for the Delta Tech Hub was a key responsibility. Prior to this, Yelena served as Program Manager for HR and Talent Acquisition at Delta Global Capacity Center in India, leading HR initiatives for the establishment of the Delta Tech Hub. Additionally, Yelena has experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Rain For Rent, where enterprise-wide strategies for talent acquisition and employer branding were developed. Yelena holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Almaty Management University (AlmaU).
