Richard Kay

Richard Kay has a robust legal career spanning nearly 50 years, currently serving as a Contract Administrator with Delta Airport Consultants, Inc. since April 2022. Previously, Richard was an Attorney at W. Richard Kay Jr. & Associates, PLLC from February 2019 to July 2022, and spent over a decade at Executive Counsel PLC, providing business law services as an Attorney. Richard also held significant roles at Circuit City Stores, Inc. as Director & Assistant General Counsel, where responsibilities included commercial transactions and corporate governance, and served as Acting General Counsel during a transitional period. Earlier experience includes positions as Senior Counsel at Signet Banking Corporation and General Counsel at Suburban Savings & Loan Association. Richard holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hampden-Sydney College.
