Cole Norris began their work experience as the Owner of Cole Norris Farms in January 2007. In February 2019, they joined Delta Bank in Vidalia, LA as the Vice President.
Cole Norris studied at Louisiana State University from 2020 to 2023, where they completed the Agriculture Leadership Development Program. Prior to that, they attended the University of Louisiana Monroe and pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Finance.
