Zoltan Bankuti

Zoltan Bankuti has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Food and Beverage Developer at Red 7 Bar and Eatery @ Delta Gaming since May 2014, where responsibilities include developing franchise models for new multi-unit concepts. Concurrently, Zoltan holds the positions of Multi Unit Manager and Corporate Food Services Manager at Delta Bingo & Gaming, also starting in May 2014. Prior to these roles, Zoltan worked at Vrancor Restaurant Group Inc. from May 2006 to January 2012 in various management capacities focusing on systems, menu recipe and costing, POS administration, customer service, and back-of-house management. Zoltan's educational background includes studies at Humber College from 1978 to 1980 and a high school diploma with a focus on Arts & Sciences from Harbord C.I.
