Adam Ferguson

Adam Ferguson has a strong background in software development and engineering. Adam is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Delta Bravo since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior AI Developer at Ally from September 2019 to June 2020.

Adam also has experience at InVue Security Products, Inc. where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer from November 2017 to September 2019. Before that, they worked at Ferguson Software Services, Inc. as a Software Development Consultant from January 2015 to November 2017, where they showcased expertise in full-stack web development, cloud architecture, big data, service-oriented architecture, and legacy systems integration.

In their earlier career, Adam served as a Web Development Consultant Contractor at Ally Financial Inc. from August 2014 to January 2015, and as a Sr. Software Engineer at Technekes LLC/Connexiolabs from February 2013 to August 2014, where they focused on developing Ruby on Rails and Ember.js call center applications.

Furthermore, Adam was a founding member of the New Product development team at Mood Media/Muzak from July 2011 to February 2013, where they developed and maintained multiple greenfield mobile and web applications. Adam also worked as a Java Web Developer Contractor through TekSystems at Wells Fargo from May 2011 to July 2011.

Adam began their career as a Software Engineer at Public Consulting Group from March 2008 to May 2011 and had a previous role as a Business Systems Analyst at SNL Financial from April 2007 to March 2008.

Adam Ferguson attended Virginia Tech from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained two Bachelor's degrees. One of their degrees was in Economics, while the other was in Business Information Technology. After completing their undergraduate studies, Adam pursued further education at Virginia Tech and earned a Master's degree in Economics from 2004 to 2006. In December 2012, they also obtained a certification in Functional Programming Principles in Scala from Coursera.
