Lauren Scheepers

Lauren Scheepers is a consultant at Delta Capita since September 2022, currently managing sanctions projects at a major Dutch bank, where responsibilities include the design and delivery of the Target Operating Model for Name Screening, Transaction Filtering, and Pre-Trade Screening in the wholesale and retail banking domain. Prior experience includes a role as a Project Management Officer at another major Dutch bank, and as a Junior HR consultant at Crowe Foederer. Earlier positions include Sales Associate at Porsche Design Group and Sunglass Hut, as well as an HRM internship at Laurentius Ziekenhuis. Lauren holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
