Carmen M. Inman

Carmen M. Inman, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in leadership development and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Program Manager at Delta Community Credit Union since November 2010, Carmen has also held roles as Senior Recruiter, Human Resources Recruiter, and Operations Manager in the Member Care Center. Prior to this, Carmen worked at Alvarez & Marsal in operations from September 2007 to November 2010 and spent eight years at NetBank as an Officer and Retail Bank Manager. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational & Professional Communication from Kennesaw State University.
