Felix Kwan JD, CAMS, CUCE is a seasoned compliance executive currently serving as Senior Compliance Program Manager at Delta Community Credit Union since March 2023. Kwan has amassed extensive experience in compliance and legal roles across multiple financial institutions, including positions as Director of Enterprise Compliance and MLRO at Nippon Wealth Limited, Senior Vice President and Head of Compliance at East West Bank, and Director of Global Compliance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Additionally, Kwan has contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Hong Kong Baptist University. Educational credentials include a JD from the University of San Diego School of Law, a Graduate degree in Commercial Bank Management from Pacific Coast Banking School, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Diego State University. Currently, Kwan is also pursuing a Red Belt in Taekwondo at Taekwondo Generations.
