Julianne Schilpp has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Julianne began their career at Kroger in 2008, where they held various roles including Front End Supervisor, Accounting, and Backup Receiving Manager. In 2013, they joined Delta Community Credit Union as an MSA, eventually working their way up to become a Loan Performance Analyst. From there, they became a Manager in Loan Performance and Analytics, and currently holds the position of Assistant Vice President - Loan Performance and Analytics. In their current role, Julianne is responsible for identifying and communicating credit risk, initiating lending projects, managing recovery services and analyst teams, overseeing lending systems, quality control, and budgeting. Julianne also contributes to loan pricing strategy and develops statistical models for monitoring credit risks and performance.

Julianne Schilpp has a diverse education history. Julianne began their educational journey at Kennesaw State University in 2009 and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance in 2013. Julianne Schilpp also holds several additional certifications. In 2020, they became a MicroStrategy Certified Analyst through MicroStrategy. Furthermore, they obtained a Leadership Excellence certification from Kennesaw State University in 2021. Most recently, in 2022, Julianne earned the Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert (CUERME) certification from CUNA.
