Matt Garlick

Matt Garlick has extensive experience in the financial services sector, with a career spanning over 19 years. Currently serving as Vice President of Member Care Center and Knowledge Management at Delta Community Credit Union since April 2010, Matt provides strategic oversight to the knowledge management system and ensures consistent communication across departments and member interactions. Previous roles at Delta Community include Assistant Vice President of Knowledge Management, overseeing branch operations as Assistant Vice President of Branch Delivery, and serving as Branch Manager, where Matt's leadership contributed to a nomination for branch of the year in 2013. Prior to Delta, Matt held the position of Branch Manager at Flagstar Bank, earning accolades like the Shining Star award in 2008 and ranking in the top 20% for sales goals in 2006. Early career experience includes a role as Branch Officer at Marion and Polk Schools Credit Union, recognized as employee of the month twice in 2004. Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Communication from Corban College.
