Nicole Askew

Nicole Askew has extensive experience in technical writing and document management, currently serving as a Technical Writer at Delta Community Credit Union since September 2017. In this role, Nicole develops and edits a wide range of user documentation, collaborates with the UX team to enhance Knowledge Base usability, and creates internal guidelines. Notable achievements include implementing new documentation standards and facilitating user training. Prior to this, Nicole held positions as a Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant at Kennesaw State University, and at Starbucks and The General Bookstore, where customer service and operational training were key responsibilities. Nicole holds a Master of Arts in American Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in American History from Kennesaw State University.
