Deb Gibson

Deb Gibson is a Senior Project Quality Control Manager with over 20 years of experience in quality management across complex sectors such as petrochemicals, refineries, nuclear, and LNG. They have held significant roles in organizations such as Hovensa, Zachry Group, and CB&I, where they developed and implemented quality management plans and supervised large teams to ensure compliance with project standards. Deb has been recognized for achieving exceptional quality outcomes, including a less than 2% weld rejection rate on a substantial contract and reducing manpower forecasts through effective coaching. Currently, Deb holds dual roles at Worley and Suncor, continuing to drive quality assurance in major construction projects.
