John Cleary

John Cleary, PSP, is a project controls professional specializing in critical path scheduling analysis and construction claims analysis. Currently serving as Director at Delta Consulting Group, they have previously held roles as Associate Director and Senior Consultant within the same organization. Cleary's experience includes analyzing impacts and entitlement on contractor and subcontractor claims for projects across various sectors, including highway, oil and gas, and power, in the U.S., Canada, and West Africa. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Chico in 2012 and have advanced skills in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
