Melyssa Bauer Phr (Torcivia-Grundle)

Melyssa (Torcivia-Grundle) Bauer, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and employee relations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Recruiter at Delta Defense LLC since October 2019, Melyssa focuses on supporting the mission of the United States Concealed Carry Association. Melyssa co-owns The Flannel Fox while previously holding various HR roles at Nordstrom, including HR Representative/Assistant and Store Administrator. Melyssa also has experience from The Walt Disney Company and Apple, Inc., where roles included HR training and employee management. Melyssa holds a BA in Fashion and Apparel Design from Mount Mary University and has continued to enhance HR knowledge through self-study and professional development.
