Pam Rostagno

Pam Rostagno is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Talent Specialist and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Delta Defense LLC since November 2021, Pam previously held the position of Director of Operations at Royle Printing from August 2020 to September 2021. Prior to that, Pam spent seven years as Director of Operations at Tempt In-Store Productions and nearly ten years at Quad/Graphics, where roles included Executive Director of the Program Management Office as well as Plant Manager at two locations. Pam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Print Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and completed coursework at Harvard Business School in 2004.
