Andrea Fegley

Andrea Fegley has extensive experience in the legal field, holding various high-level positions throughout their career. Andrea began their career as a Consultant at PFM in 1998. From 2002 to 2008, they served as Corporate Counsel at Fiserv/ASGI before joining United Health Care as an Associate General Counsel in 2008. At United Health Care, they provided legal support for various health plans and negotiated administrative services contracts. In 2010, they worked as a Staff Attorney specializing in health insurance and legislation at the Department of Insurance for the State of Kentucky.

Andrea'smost recent and significant role was at Delta Dental Ins., where they held several positions starting in 2011. Andrea served as Senior Counsel from 2011 to 2014, Director and Corporate Counsel from 2014 to 2015, and Vice President of Legal and Regulatory from 2015 to 2019. In their role as Vice President of Legal Affairs from 2019 to 2022, they led a team of lawyers and legal professionals, managed an active litigation portfolio, and oversaw board governance activities. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs and Deputy General Counsel, where they lead the Legal Affairs and Policy Division and serves as a trusted legal advisor to the Board of Directors and C-suite.

Andrea Fegley's education history includes earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Andrea attended this institution from 1994 to 1998. Later, they pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a specialization in Taxation at the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, completing their studies from 1999 to 2002.
