Ashley Jackson MA has extensive experience in customer advocacy and program coordination. Currently serving as a Customer Advocate Level 2 at Delta Dental Insurance Company since November 2021, Ashley provides support for medical billing, insurance claims, and web inquiries in a remote call center environment. Previously, from April 2005 to January 2018, Ashley held the position of Assistant Program Coordinator at the Richmond Police Activities League, where program implementation included initiatives like the Swimming Aquatics Camp. Ashley holds a Master's degree in Sociology from Clark Atlanta University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stillman College.
