Jared Gross

Jared Gross is an experienced UX researcher currently at Delta Dental Insurance since September 2020, where responsibilities include advocating for user experience understanding, influencing product roadmaps, and conducting strategic research. Prior to this role, Jared served as an Associate CX Researcher, executing workshops and synthesizing data to enhance customer experience. Earlier career highlights include working at C Space as an Associate Consultant in Consumer Insights, where Jared managed research projects for leading companies such as Pacific Gas & Electric, Bose, and Coca Cola, and facilitated workshops that integrated customer feedback into product development. Jared’s background also encompasses a marketing role at Zipcar and a sales position at J Barbour & Sons Ltd. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Emerson College, obtained in 2016.
