Kenzie Ferguson

Kenzie Ferguson currently serves as the Vice President of Foundation & Corporate Social Responsibility at Delta Dental Ins., where leadership is directed toward developing and executing strategies that enhance corporate citizenship and expand access to oral health care in underserved communities. In addition to this role, Kenzie is the Board Chair of the American Red Cross Northern California Coastal Region, overseeing fundraising and strategic initiatives to support disaster relief efforts. Kenzie also holds positions as a member of Chief and a board member of the Delta Dental Institute, advocating for equitable access to oral health care through impactful research. Previously, Kenzie worked as Director of Corporate Responsibility and Executive Director of the TE Connectivity Foundation, establishing CSR and ESG strategies. Educational qualifications include a PhD in International Business from The International School of Management, an MBA from Nyenrode Business University, and a BA in Russian Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
