Tim Fiscus

Tim Fiscus currently serves as the Manager of Business Process Management at Delta Dental Insurance, a position held since November 2021. Fiscus has extensive experience in project management and business process engineering, with previous roles at Wells Fargo from April 2001 to February 2021, including Senior Project Manager and Business Support Consultant. Additional experience includes serving as faculty at the University of Phoenix, where courses taught ranged from Strategic Management to Project Management, and founding Change Management, LLC from 2009 to 2010. Prior military service includes roles as Chief Quality Officer and Operations Officer in the US Air Force Reserve, culminating in a retirement as an O-3E. Fiscus holds a Doctorate in Leadership from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's Degree from Weber State University.
