Jeff Starks

Jeff Starks has a strong background in information technology with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Jeff started their career in 1992 at Nuvell Financial Services, where they held the position of IT Manager until 2006. Additionally, they were responsible for IT operations and network administration at Delta Dental of Arkansas from 2007 to 2022. Currently, Jeff is serving as the Director of Information Technology at the Little Rock Athletic Club.

Jeff Starks attended the University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Information Technology.
