Andrea Young

Andrea Young, MBA, currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Ensemble Innovation Ventures and Delta Dental of Colorado, while also holding the position of Senior Vice President of Technology at AIR Communities. With extensive experience in technology leadership, Andrea has previously held roles such as President and CEO of the Colorado Technology Association, Chief Technology Officer at BI Incorporated, and Chief Technology and Information Officer at Janus Capital Group. Notable achievements include directing global IT strategies, overseeing product development for innovative technologies, and managing substantial budgets across various organizations. Andrea holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, complemented by a certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management in Managing Complex Product Development.
