Michael Thornley

Michael Thornley, CPA, currently serves as the Corporate Controller at Delta Dental of Colorado, overseeing financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and investment management for a $600 million dental and vision insurance provider. Previous experience includes serving as VP of Finance and Accounting at APG, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive finance and accounting activities for a private-equity owned SaaS company. Michael has also provided fractional CFO services to various Denver Metro Area companies, leveraging expertise in finance and strategy to support growth. Additional roles include Controller at NTT Ltd., managing accounting operations for multiple subsidiaries, and a range of financial consulting services for startups and mid-sized firms. Michael holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.
