Kelsey Konrad

Kelsey Konrad holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from Boise State University. Kelsey currently serves as a Project & Reporting Analyst at Delta Dental of Idaho since July 2021, and previously held the role of Operations Coordinator within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at the American Heart Association from March to July 2020, as well as various positions at St. Luke's Health System, including Physician Recruitment Coordinator and Patient Access Specialist Lead from August 2017 to March 2020.
