Sonja Deines

Sonja Deines has over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications roles. Sonja is currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Delta Dental of Idaho since 2022. Previously, they worked at Healthwise from 2013 onwards, initially as a Marketing Communications Manager and then as a Communications Manager, where they were responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications strategies. Before that, they worked at Boise State University as the Director of Alumni Involvement from 2008 to 2013. Sonja also has experience working at The Regence Group and Regence as a Marketing Communications Manager. Sonja's earliest experience in their career was at Ballet Idaho, where they served as the Director of Marketing from 1997 to 2003.

Sonja Deines has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Journalism from California State University, Northridge. Additionally, they attended Boise State University, although no specific degree or field of study is provided.
