Erik Montlack has extensive experience in the dental and insurance industries, currently serving as President and P&L Leader at Delta Dental of Massachusetts since 2012, where responsibilities include managing overall strategic direction and overseeing key departments such as Sales and Client Services. Previously, Erik held the position of Vice President of Sales, focusing on sales and profitability results, and prior to that, served as Director of Sales with similar responsibilities. Experience also includes a role as Sales Director at DentaQuest, where Erik sold dental and vision products across various markets, and as Director of Broker Relations at BrokerSuite, developing sales strategies for large employers and brokers. Erik's career began as a Sales Representative at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, focusing on establishing broker channels. Erik is an alumnus of The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, completing an Executive Leadership program from 2014 to 2016, and holds a degree from the University of Vermont, obtained in 2001.
