Rob Goren

Rob Goren has extensive experience in leadership and actuarial roles, currently serving as President & CEO of Delta Dental of Missouri since March 2009, where previous roles included Senior Vice President, Business Development & Chief Actuary. Goren also held the position of Chair on the Board of Directors for Delta Dental Plans Association from January 2019 to December 2023, with prior roles as Vice Chair and Secretary & Treasurer. Additional experience includes serving as Director and Consulting Actuary at Buck Consultants and holding various actuarial and leadership positions at CompBenefits Corporation and Milliman & Robertson. Goren began a career in education as an Elementary School Teacher at Cobb County Schools. Goren holds a Master of Actuarial Science from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
