The Leadership Team at Delta Dental of Oklahoma (DDOK) is responsible for setting the strategic direction, managing key operational areas, and overseeing the overall performance of the organization. This team, which includes the Chief Sales Officer, VP of Finance, Chairman, President, CEO, and VP of IT, collaborates to align DDOK's goals with its mission of advancing oral wellness and superior customer service. They drive initiatives to enhance dental benefits programs, maintain financial health, leverage technology, and support the DDOK Foundation's efforts to improve oral health education and care across Oklahoma.
