Jackie Moss has extensive experience in the dental insurance industry, currently serving as Manager of Implementation and Sales Administration at Delta Dental of Tennessee since 2000, where responsibilities include overseeing new account implementation and developing strategic relationships with commercial exchanges. Previously, Jackie held roles such as Manager of Account Management and Account Service Representative, providing account services for large accounts statewide. Prior to Delta Dental, Jackie worked at Aetna from 1994 to 1999 as Network Manager, focusing on regional dental network development and leading a recruitment campaign for a large practice management group. Jackie began the career at Cigna Dental Health as a Network Manager from 1989 to 1994. Education includes studies at The University of Tulsa from 1968 to 1969.
