Lisa Davis

Lisa Davis has a strong background in operations management. Lisa began their career at First Union National Bank in 1994, where they served as the Vice President of the Deposit Recovery Unit. In this role, they managed a staff of 5 team leaders and 52 team members, developed project plans for special projects and conversions, and forecasted recovery goals and departmental budgets. In 2003, Lisa joined Delta Dental of Virginia as the Director of Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Operations at Revolv, starting in 2022.

Lisa Davis has a diverse education history. In 2016, they obtained a certificate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, specifically from their Women's Leadership Program. In 2013, they pursued a Lean Six Sigma Accelerated Green Belt program at Virginia Tech. Earlier, from 2003 to 2005, Lisa earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Virginia Western Community College. In addition, they have received certificates in Leadership from the Batten Leadership Institute and in Management from Roanoke College.
