Adrianne Bongard has extensive experience in product services and quality management, currently serving as the Director of Product Services & Quality at Delta Dental of Wisconsin since October 2000. In this role, Adrianne oversees the deployment and renewals of products sold to clients, ensuring quality and governance over claims administration. Prior positions at Delta Dental include Manager of Client & Product Services and Account Manager, where Adrianne successfully managed client relations and product oversight. Before joining Delta Dental, Adrianne held various roles, including Underwriter and Benefit Consultant at Cendant, and Licensing Team Leader at Holiday Inn, along with experience as a Restaurant Manager.
