Andrea Fegley

Andrea Fegley has extensive experience in the legal and regulatory field. Andrea began their career in 1998 as a Consultant at PFM. Andrea then worked as a Corporate Counsel at Fiserv/ASGI from 2002 to 2008. Andrea joined United Health Care as an Associate General Counsel in 2008, where they provided in-house support for UHC's TPA UMR, advised fully insured association health plans, and dealt with reinsurance issues for self-funded clients. Andrea later worked at the Department of Insurance for the state of Kentucky as a Staff Attorney specializing in Health Insurance and Legislation. Andrea's most recent role was at Delta Dental Ins., where they held various positions including Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs and Deputy General Counsel. In this role, they led the Legal Affairs and Policy Division, provided legal advice to the Board of Directors and C-suite, and managed an active litigation portfolio and outside counsel budget.

Andrea Fegley completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1994 to 1998. Andrea then pursued a Doctor of Law degree with a focus on Taxation at the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law from 1999 to 2002.
