Harinath Kona is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, currently serving as Senior Manager of People Technology at Delta Dental Ins. since September 2018. In this role, Harinath leads the HCM applications team, focusing on applications administration and development, primarily utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud Applications. Previous positions include Managing Consultant at Elire Inc., Practice Leader of Oracle HCM Cloud at Presence of IT, and HCM Cloud Solution Architect at Red Rock, among others.
