Jennifer MacGilvray is Senior Vice President, Quality Care and Claims for Delta Dental of California enterprise’s 15 states and District of Columbia.
Jenn manages enterprise-wide capabilities that enable the administration of Delta Dental products including Customer and Provider Onboarding; Configuration, Billing and Enrollment Operations; Claims Processing; Utilization Management; Quality Assurance; and Grievance and Appeals.
Jenn brings nearly 25 years of business strategy and technology experience to her role. Prior to Delta Dental, she held a variety of leadership positions at United Healthcare including Vice President, Enterprise Claims and Capability; Senior Director, Business Technology and Process Optimization; and Director, Portfolio Planning, Business Architecture and Analysis. Jenn also served in several marketing and operations-related functions during a seven-year tenure at JPMorgan Chase.
Jenn holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, with certifications in project management, six sigma and business architecture.
