Yannick Schreiber has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. Yannick started their career in 1996 as a Project Development Manager at Corning Incorporated, where they collaborated with telecom customers to develop products such as protection boxes for electronic circuits.

In 2003, they joined Gautier Plastics as a Project Development Manager, responsible for industrial projects in automotive, medical, and electronic fields. Yannick oversaw the entire development process, from advanced studies to product qualification, ensuring costs, quality, and deadlines were met.

In 2004, Yannick Schreiber joined Delta Dore as a Mechatronic Department Manager, leading a team of engineers in hardware development. Yannick managed product developments, including design and industrial assistance, with a focus on 50 to 100 new products each year.

Later, Yannick Schreiber became the Chief Purchasing Officer at Delta Dore, overseeing half of the company's turnover and managing a team of 15 buyers. Yannick developed purchasing strategies, managed supplier relationships, and controlled operating expenses.

Currently, they hold the role of Chief Purchasing Officer and General Manager at Delta Dore Rademacher GmbH, the German subsidiary of Delta Dore. In addition to managing the purchasing teams in France and Germany, they also oversee the finance, HR, purchasing, and production aspects of the subsidiary.
